It's warming up here in Chicago!

Today it felt like spring might actually come. I can't wait to trade in my winter boots and layers for airy dresses and tank tops. Those summer festivals are already calling my name! Until then, I will just have to celebrate the small victories, like today.

Karley and I met for lunch at our favorite butcher shop meets gourmet restaurant, Chop Shop, in Wicker Park. The food and beer options are always ah-mazing! Check out my Istagram account, @alluringchi for snapshot of my favorite sandwich.

We spent the rest of the day strolling around Wicker Park, sipping on our favorite drinks at our favorite places. We also discovered a new favorite bar, Trenchermen. The ambiance and drink option of this place are insane! I have already made plans to celebrate my birthday here next month. Check it out if you are in the area!
